On February 22, the Fujian Meizhou Bay Port Development Center organized a review meeting on the safety facility design of the supporting terminal project of the Hanas Putian Liquefied Natural Gas Receiving Station. Leaders and representatives of the Safety Supervision Department, the Planning and Construction Department, the Dongwu Port Station, the Pilot Station, the Putian Maritime Bureau, the Putian Company, and the China Communications Construction Company Limited, as well as five invited experts, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the expert group and representatives of various units listened carefully to the detailed report on the project and the preparation of the safety facility design monograph by the Putian Company and the design unit, and carefully reviewed the relevant documents and materials on the design of the project's safety facilities. They believed that the safety facility design monograph of the project complies with the requirements of standards and specifications, and implements the countermeasures proposed in the safety evaluation report. After in-depth discussion and soliciting the opinions of the participants, the expert group unanimously agreed that the safety facility design monograph of the supporting wharf project of Hanas Putian LNG Receiving Terminal Project passed the review.

The safety facilities design section is a specific measure to implement the "three simultaneities" of safety, which requires that the safety facilities of new, renovated, and expanded projects of production and operation units must be designed, constructed, and put into production and use simultaneously with the main project. The successful review of this safety facilities design section marks that the supporting dock project of this project is about to enter the construction stage, showing that Putian Company strictly implements the deployment requirements of the group on standardizing and promoting project construction and strictly controlling safety and quality.
