Fu Chaoyang, Secretary of Putian Municipal Committee of the CPC, Investigates Minning Cooperative Energy Enterprise Hanas Group
On October 23-24, 2024, during the 28th Joint Meeting of Fujian-Ningxia Collaboration held in Yinchuan, Fu Chaoyang, Secretary of Putian Municipal Committee of the CPC, led a team to Hanas Group for an investigation. The team conducted field visits to Ningxia Hanas LNG Co., Ltd., Ningxia Hanas Natural Gas Dispatch Center, and Ningxia Eastern Thermal Power Co., Ltd. Gao Yu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Putian Municipal Party Committee and Secretary-General, and Yu Xiaodong, Secretary of the Party and Work Committee of the Administrative Committee of Putian Meizhou Bay North Shore Economic Development Zone, participated in the relevant activities respectively.
Secretary Fu Chaoyang said during the visit that Hanas Group has responded positively to the national call for ecological civilization construction and green low-carbon development, and has been deeply engaged in the field of clean energy and new energy, which demonstrates the enterprise's responsibility and commitment. He highly praised Hanas Group's excellent performance in high-standard and refined management concepts, and pointed out that the Hanas Putian LNG Receiving Terminal Project has set a new benchmark for East-West collaboration, which is of great significance to promoting complementary advantages and resource integration between Fujian and Ningxia provinces (regions).
Fu Chaoyang emphasized that, with the strong support of the Party committees and governments of the two provinces and regions, Putian City will continue to adopt the "task force" model to strengthen services and implement precise measures, ensuring the project progresses with guaranteed quality, quantity, and speed. At the same time, he hoped that Hanas would continue to uphold advanced management concepts, strictly control quality and safety in project construction, and fully advance high-quality development; meanwhile, by leveraging the Hanas Putian LNG Receiving Terminal Project, to introduce the enterprise’s resource, conceptual, and management advantages into Putian, thereby promoting the agglomeration of local new energy industries and the development of the port economy.

The Hanas Putian LNG Receiving Terminal Project is not only a major collaboration project between Fujian and Ningxia but also a crucial step for the Group to expand into clean energy and achieve sustainable development. Therefore, the Group regards the Fujian-Ningxia collaboration project as its top priority, deploying optimal resources to ensure smooth progress. It is believed that with the Group’s full commitment, the Hanas Putian LNG Receiving Terminal Project will be completed and operational at an early date, injecting new vitality into Fujian-Ningxia collaboration and local economic development.
