Putian Maritime Safety Bureau Leadership Conducts On-site Research at Putian Project

On the afternoon of March 20, 2022, Du Yueli, Political Commissar of the Putian Maritime Safety Bureau, and Chen Fengping, Head of the Meizhou Island Maritime Department, visited the Hanas Putian LNG Receiving Terminal Project for research and guidance. Kong Ansheng, General Manager of the company, accompanied the research team.

Du Yueli and his delegation visited the exhibition hall of the Putian LNG Receiving Terminal Project and were briefed in detail on the project's progress and the next phase of the work plan. He stated that the project is a national key project and also a landmark project under the Fujian-Ningxia collaboration. Its construction and implementation are of great significance for promoting the synergistic development of Fujian and Ningxia provinces. He pointed out that this research helped to better understand the project's needs. Regarding the project's next steps, the Putian Maritime Safety Bureau will uphold its consistent service ethos and style, actively coordinate, provide proactive services, and ensure the smooth implementation of the project.

At the symposium, Kong Ansheng first expressed his gratitude for the strong support consistently provided by the Putian Maritime Safety Bureau. He said that the on-site research provided comprehensive policy guidance and professional technical support for the project, such as the preparation and review of the "Construction Navigation Safety Protection Plan", operational safety during the construction period, and the entry and exit of LNG vessels during the operational period. In the next step, the project team will actively maintain communication with the Putian Maritime Safety Bureau and complete all tasks according to requirements to ensure the project commences construction and becomes operational as planned.
