Putian leading research group

On the afternoon of September 4, 2020, during the Putian delegation's visit to Ningxia for Fujian-Ningxia cooperation activities, Liu Jianyang, Secretary of the Putian Municipal Party Committee, inspected and investigated the Hanas Yinchuan 1-million-ton LNG plant and held in-depth discussions with Ma Fuqiang, Chairman of the Group.

On behalf of Hanas Group, Ma Fuqiang extended a warm welcome to Liu Jianyang and his delegation, and expressed sincere gratitude for the strong support and assistance from Putian City. He said that the Group is committed to developing green, safe, and reliable clean energy and renewable energy, and adheres to high-quality development, high-quality construction, and high-standard management. It has largely completed the layout of the full value chain for natural gas, and further improved the system for natural gas production, supply, storage, transportation, and marketing. These achievements are inseparable from the cordial care of the Party committees and governments of Fujian and Ningxia provinces, and from the concern and support of Putian City. The Fujian-Ningxia Cooperation Hanas Putian LNG project is not only a major natural gas storage facility in Ningxia, but also a key project for Hanas to access overseas gas sources. It also signifies the new beginning, new connotation, and new mission endowed to Fujian-Ningxia cooperation upon the realization of a comprehensively well-off society. He hoped that Putian City would continue to provide support and assistance, to promote the timely commencement of construction for the Putian LNG project.

Liu Jianyang said that the Group adheres to the path of green energy industry development. The layout of the natural gas upstream, midstream, and downstream industrial chain is scientific and reasonable, with strong development momentum and broad prospects. The Fujian-Ningxia Cooperation Hanas Putian LNG project, as the first major energy project invested in and constructed by Ningxia in Fujian, is not only an important growth point for Putian's economic and social development, but also a major project for strengthening industry and promoting industry through the port. Over the years, Putian City has actively promoted reform and innovation in its development zones, helped enterprises resolve difficulties, and has established a profound friendship through Fujian-Ningxia cooperation with Hanas. At the closing stage of the critical battle against poverty, Putian City continues to provide proactive services, actively coordinates and resolves difficulties and problems encountered during project advancement, and provides strong guarantees for project construction. He expressed the hope that Hanas would make persistent efforts and work diligently, to accelerate the project promotion, striving for an early start and timely completion. Furthermore, based on this project, he hoped Hanas would engage in investment cooperation in the local energy industry chain, to promote mutual benefit, win-win outcomes, and common development.
