Following the project's implementation, and in accordance with the principle of "a unified national network" layout, the construction of an export pipeline from the LNG terminal will be advanced, achieving connectivity with the Third West-East Gas Pipeline and the CNOOC Putian LNG Terminal. This will contribute to national energy security and is of great significance for Fujian Province in exploring the establishment of a market-oriented operation mechanism for gas storage and peak shaving, and in providing market-oriented gas storage and peak shaving services. Simultaneously, the project's implementation will provide fair and just unloading, storage, and gasification services for third-party users, laying a solid foundation for Putian to build a national LNG strategic reserve base.
