Do a solid job in project construction and make every effort to promote the major project of cooperation between Fujian and Ningxia

To fully promote the high-quality construction of the minnin-cooperation-Hanas Putian LNG receiving station project, from April 25th to 28th, Hanas Group Chairman Ma Fuqiang led a team to Shanghai, Wuhan and Guangzhou to conduct in-depth exchanges with the leaders of the Second, Third and Fourth Navigation Institutes of China Communications Construction Company, the Second and Fourth Navigation Bureau of China Communications Construction Company, and the Guangzhou Railway Bureau on aspects such as high-level design, high-standard construction, and high-level promotion of the project.

During the early stages of the Hanas Putian project, various bureaus and institutes actively participated and provided comprehensive professional support to the project with significant results, fully demonstrating the strong strength and responsibility of central enterprises under the new development pattern, and setting an example in implementing major national strategic deployments and promoting high-quality economic and social development. The Putian project has obtained approval from the National Development and Reform Commission in December 2021, and will be fully commenced in May this year according to the construction plan. Various bureaus and institutes said that the Hanas Putian project is a new force of major natural gas storage facilities and domestic liquefied natural gas receiving stations in Fujian and Ningxia provinces. As a central enterprise, it will certainly play a social responsibility, strengthen communication and connection with relevant units of the project, continue to strengthen cooperation, and ensure the smooth implementation of key projects of Fujian-Ningxia cooperation.

Ma Fuqiang stressed that he hoped to take this on-site exchange and discussion as an opportunity to continuously promote the deep integration between various design and construction units, apply more digital innovation technologies such as BIM positive design, digital delivery, virtual construction, smart construction site and intelligent operation and maintenance to the project construction, create a century-old high-quality project, implement the national energy security strategy with higher requirements, effectively enhance the ability to ensure the supply of green energy, and promote the continuous deepening of the cooperation between Fujian and Ningxia with outstanding performance.
