A framework agreement for land use guarantee for a national key project with an annual output value of 10 billion yuan was successfully signed
On the morning of 16 December, a signing ceremony for the framework agreement on land use guarantee for the Hanas Putian LNG Receiving Terminal Project was held in the Meizhou Bay North Shore Economic Development Zone. Chen Cheng, Director of the Fujian Meizhou Bay Port Development Center, Yang Aijian, Second-grade Investigator of the Putian Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Gong Guanxiong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Work Committee and Director of the Administrative Committee of the North Shore, Zhuo Guozhong, Member of the Party Work Committee and Executive Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee, Zheng Liangdong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Putian Port Group, Lin Wei, Director of the Meizhou Island Maritime Safety Administration, Wu Jiaxin, Secretary of the Party Branch and Executive Director of Fujian Bafang Port Development Co., Ltd. (including Fujian Meihai Port Development Co., Ltd.), and Kong Ansheng, Chairman of Fujian Hanas Group and General Manager of Putian Hanas, attended and witnessed the signing ceremony.
At the signing ceremony, Putian Hanas LNG Co., Ltd., the Administrative Committee of the Putian Meizhou Bay North Shore Economic Development Zone, and Fujian Bafang Port Development Co., Ltd. (including Fujian Meihai Port Development Co., Ltd.) jointly signed the framework agreement, marking a significant step forward in the project's progress and providing a solid guarantee for its smooth construction.
The Hanas Putian LNG Receiving Terminal Project is the first major energy project invested by Ningxia in Fujian and a landmark project of Fujian-Ningxia paired cooperation. The signing of this agreement follows the public tender for the EPC of the main works of the project's supporting terminal on 12 December, marking another milestone. In the next step, Putian Hanas will ensure to complete and put the project into operation in 2027, contributing to the Fujian-Ningxia paired cooperation.
